Cristmas
The 25th of Desember is a happy holiday for a lot of people in England.Some weeks before Christmas English people are busy. They send Greeting cards to their relatives and friends. Yoy can buy Crisfmass cards or you can make them. A lot of children make their cards at school. People buy a christmass tree and decorate it with beautiful toys, coloured balls and little coloured lights.
On Christmass eve people put their presents under the christmass tree. When children go to bed they put their Cristmass socks near the fire-place or their beds. At night Father Cristmas comes. He puts the presents into their socks.
The New Year.
The 31th of Desember is a happy holiday for a lot of people in Russia.On the New Year's eve Russian people are busy. They send Greeting cards to their relatives and friends. They buy New Year cards or they can make them. Little children make their cards at school.
People buy a New year tree and decorate it with beautiful toys, coloured balls and little coloured lights.
At night when children sleep Father Frost comes. He has a big bag of presents. He puts the presents under the New year's tree.
