English is spoken by more than 456 million people. Geographically it is the most wide-spread language in the world. It is the official language of the UK, the USA, Australia, New zealand.It is one of the official languages in Canada, the republic of South Africa, the Irish Republic. Millions of people study English as a foreign language.
